Customer Service cum Service Technician (1 year Contract)

A Customer Service cum Service Technician is a hybrid role that combines administrative and customer service duties with high-quality technical support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Customer Service (Front Desk Operations):
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
  • Greet customers, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and customers to resolve issues promptly. 

2. Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and manage records (work orders, courier, and store records).
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and inventory management.
  • Support the department with filing, organizing, and general administrative tasks.

3. Logistic and Product Management:

  • Oversee customer product distribution to authorized service centers.
  • Ensure the safekeeping and tracking of products for repair and service.
  • Coordinate with couriers for timely pickups and deliveries.

4. Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CS):

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Implement best practices to achieve and exceed KPIs.

5. Technical Support (Indoor & Outdoor):

  • Diagnose and repair technical issues reported by customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed.
  • Perform outdoor servicing at customer locations as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Qualification: Diploma or equivalent in Electronics Repairs and Services
  • Skills: Technical troubleshooting, strong communication, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or technical support (preferred).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Behavior: Proactive, customer-focused, team player with a problem-solving mindset.
  • 5 working days per week.
  • 12 months’ contract position.
