Corporate Secretary (Remote)

  • Prepare and circulate board resolutions, maintain minute books, and organize logistics for quarterly Board/Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, security clearance, and uploading meeting packs into the e-system.
  • Assist in Annual Report/AGM preparations, including director/senior management write-ups, venue bookings, and logistics.
  • Release announcements and press releases via SGXNET and update statutory records, portfolios, and databases for board/shareholding changes, including ACRA lodgements.
  • Handle corporate secretarial functions for local and overseas entities, including incorporation of companies, post-incorporation documents, and drafting board meeting minutes.
  • Manage meeting schedules, room bookings, and support daily administrative tasks.
