About the role
TANAMAS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk to join our team in Kuantan Pahang. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the broader team
- Maintaining and updating records, databases and filing systems
- Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
- Undertaking general office duties such as photocopying, printing and mailing
- What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of working experience related to administration
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma
- Possess positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
