Admin Customer Service (Immediate Hiring)

Job Descriptions:

  • Salary up to RM3600
  • Normal working hours + alternate Saturdays (half day)
  • Permanent position
  • Medical insurance, dental, etc provided.
  • Immediate hiring
  • Location available: Petaling Jaya, Segambut, Kota Damansara, Chan Sow Lin

Key Responsibilities

  • Admin tasks (Generating customer agreements, processing cashless payments, filing, data entry, etc.)
  • Drive sales
  • Customer service responsibilities
  • Do walkabouts (maintenance site checking) and report any issues to the relevant department

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physically capable and has the stamina to handle tasks.
  • Wiling to travel to travel around Klang Valley
