A growing and expanding company in Senai is looking for a career minded finance manager to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the MD of the company.
Main responsibilities of the Finance Manager
*Oversee group-level adjustments and reconciliations
*Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
*Perform detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, highlighting key trends and variances.* Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation and reporting processes.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.
Key requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.* Experience in financial reporting.
*Familiarity with consolidation tools or ERP systems is an advantage.* Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
* Experience with construction/ engineering companies will be an added advantage
