RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance
- Assist in ensuring the Company is adheres to requirements from related authorities regarding Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) aspects.
- Support in the implementation and monitoring of SHE programs, ensuring alignment with legal and operational standards.
2. Authority Inspections & Audits
- Assist with DOE, DOSH, JAKIM, and JAIS inspections and audits by preparing documentation and providing on-site support during visits.
- Contribute to responding to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) under the guidance of Compliance Executive.
3. Documentation & Process Coordination
- Assist in establishing and maintaining documentation related to plant’s business processes to meet authority requirements (e.g., DOSH for workplace safety, DOE for wastewater treatment & air emission, waste management).
- Assist in preparing for and participating in SMETA and ESG certifications or audits.
4. ISO 14001:2015 Certification
- Support the establishment, maintenance, and periodic review of ISO 14001:2015 documentation and procedures.
- Assist in certification audits and ensure timely updates to related documents.
5. Health, Safety, and Environmental Risk Assessments
- Participate in the annual review and updating of Health & Safety Risk Assessments (HIRACH)
- Environmental Risk Assessments (Aspect & Impact).
- Assist in implementing changes following management or process updates.
6. KPDNKK & MPOB Application Oversight
- Monitor and assist in the application and renewal processes for KPDNKK and MPOB licenses.
- Assist to establish and maintain documentation and processes for plant Certificate renewal.
- Assist in conducting mandatory fire exercises and preparing relevant reports for authorities.
7. Fire Certificate Renewal
- Assist to establish and maintain documentation and processes for plant Certificate renewal.
- Assist in conducting mandatory fire exercises and preparing relevant reports for authorities.
8. Ad Hoc SHE Tasks
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assign by the Management/Plant Manager/Supervisor as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work in Pulau Indah
- Willing to work on Saturday
- Good Personality, Independent, Good Communication skill
