Business Acc Executive (Sales – Mandarin Speaker)

Job Summary:

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction including provide timely and professional services to address their needs, while nurture, and foster strong relationship to create optimum business opportunities. Formulating sales strategies such as client-centric product & service solutions to continuously maximize NSW products’ Competitive Advantage and minimizing competitive threats. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control business growth by providing professional services and advice to clients for creating the highest prospective business opportunity returns to NSW.
  • Establish plan to works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel and operations team to create and achieve the sales targeted.
  • Diagnose client needs, collect relevant data, and handle comprehensive feedback from client.
  • Established effective communication plan to ensure relevant and importance information from the clients are shared within NSW to meet the project needs and requirement with success.
  • Host virtual, physical internal and external client meetings to resolve project issues.
  • Organize and manage client feedback, project matters via relevant system such as Infinity, NSW server etc.
  • Constructively manage and execute task with priorities to meet deadlines with effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maximize the exposure of NSW business into marketplace by striving to exploit comprehensive resources for expanding public awareness of NSW branding and products.
  • To be the change agent to lead and support the change and transition of the business in the area of the sales and marketing in the organization.
  • Cultivate encouraging relationship with business partners by providing informative and optimism business forum conducted by stakeholders, constantly excite, and give impetus for keeping business momentum and up growth.
  • To lead and coach other internal team members to be able to work as an effective team member to meet NSW’s VMV.
  • Establish time control with useful tools to control and manage routine and ad-hoc clients’ meetings and request to meet their needs and obtain satisfaction.
  • Prepare and generate project Gantt Chart and/or various reports with effective visual data to ensure
  • Maintain highest professional ethic in providing prompt and comprehensive response and supports to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, or related field.            
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience as Key account or business or related title in the industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Moderate or good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
  • Know how to use Microsoft Excel and Words for creating reports, data analysis and presentation task.
  • Analytic skills, problem-solving skills, prioritization skills, multi-tasking, time management skills, technological skills in utilizing relevant tools to manage task.
  • A good team player, able to work collaboratively with teammates to accomplish all job task and projects.
  • Independent to travel if needed
