Job Descriptions:
- Follow up import container after EDO release and check ETA vessel on container delivery status
- Container arrangement with haulage (ROT) / truck out (truck out memo) / pre advice / pre gate out port system
- Arrange truck/advice truck details to customer and follow up truck pickup & delivery
- Build and maintain a solid working relationship with customers and transporters
- Ensure all shipping/transportation activities comply with legal statutory
- Complete billing in Sysmagic system and courier document to customer
- Prepare and update the Daily Custom Clearance Worksheet as per management requirement
