Customer Service Assistant

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
  • Able to work independently
  • A good team player with right attitude and have interest to learn
  • Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work under pressure and long hours including on weekend/public holidays

Job Descriptions:

  • Follow up import container after EDO release and check ETA vessel on container delivery status
  • Container arrangement with haulage (ROT) / truck out (truck out memo) / pre advice / pre gate out port system
  • Arrange truck/advice truck details to customer and follow up truck pickup & delivery
  • Build and maintain a solid working relationship with customers and transporters
  • Ensure all shipping/transportation activities comply with legal statutory
  • Complete billing in Sysmagic system and courier document to customer
  • Prepare and update the Daily Custom Clearance Worksheet as per management requirement
