This is a 1-year contract position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Compile all reports prepared by the Distributor Manager and send them to HQ
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sell in & sell out, daily sales, market return, trade investment and etc) for the General Trade and Modern Trade team
- Train and guide new distributor clerk
- Manage office expenses and claims
- Organize store agreement filing
- Manage day-to-day administrative matters in the office
Job Requirements:
- At least SPM/STPM and above
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Able to work in Sabah – Kota Kinabalu office
