About the Role
To support the day-to-day operation as Office &HR Admin Department. The role will provide comprehensive, quality administrative and support services within a department. You’ll need to ensure smooth and efficient running of the department in all administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and assist day -to- day office admin matters for UEM Lestra Berhad
- Assist the Human Resource function as administrator
- Maintaining the station directory and managing the inventory level for coffee machine, stationeries & office related items
- Maintaining the office from any hazard and risk
- Controlling the office security by manage the keys for each room and door
- Liaise between IT & staff on any faulty IT equipment & peripherals such as monitors, desktops, laptops and so on
- Supporting Employee engagement activities for the company
Preferred Skills:
- At Degree in office management, admin or HR
- With 1-2 years’ experience as office and/or HR administration.
- Additional skillsets required: detailed oriented, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management/Admin or HR or equivalent.
