Job Description :

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
  • Prepare purchase orders to suppliers upon order received
  • Inventory & Order Management:
  • Track and monitor stock levels for doors and accessories
  • Coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment and order follow-ups
  • Update product availability and pricing in the system
  • Coordination & Communication:
  • To prepare daily installation schedule

  • Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skill
