Office Operations:
- Manage and oversee daily office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage consultants leave application and audit schedule
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls.
- Send reminder to customers on internal audit date
- Submit training outline to HRD Corp, apply for the training and grant submission
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, both digital and physical. (currently use sharepoint)
- Organize and manage filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and clients.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Address and resolve administrative inquiries and issues promptly.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and manage budgets related to office operations.
