- Upload and manage product images, website content, and ensure timely updates and maintenance.
- Develop and implement the e-commerce media strategy and manage content assets across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and optimize all online marketing strategies in alignment with ongoing company campaigns.
- Oversee day-to-day management of the online store, including ads management, updating SKUs, adjusting pricing, synchronizing sales orders, and managing store banners.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
- Assist in creating marketing and operational plans.
- Contribute to e-commerce business development, strategizing and handling all sales and marketing-related activities for online platforms.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring efficient order processing, packaging, and timely delivery to customers.
- Promote online sales through various digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce marketplaces to ensure successful collaborations.
Job Requirement - Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Understand of E-Commerce and Apps backend system.
- Sensitive towards current trend and familiar with digital industry.
- Eager to learn and willing to explore every available opportunity or resources to develop.
