Job Description
- Responsible for material procurement approval, inquiry, and price comparison work.
- Manage, arrange, keepsake procurement related emails, seals, contracts and documents.
- Coordinate with project site’s procurement department.
- Assisting in generating data reports, liaising with relevant department between Malaysia and China.
- Go to project sites as required for inspections.
- Able to complete other task assigned by leaders.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8: 30am-12:00pm; 14:00-18:00
- Lunch provided
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Education Level: must possess at least an Undergraduate and above relevant qualification.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Mircosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
