Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full sets of accounts (AR, AP, Bank and Borrowing and GL)
- Assist Manager/Assistant Manager to ensure timely submission and reporting of monthly Management Reports.
- Assist Manager/Assistant Manager to liaise with both internal (various department within the company) and external parties (bankers, auditor, tax agent and company secretary) for all statutory and tax requirement compliances.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Inter-Co balance reconciliations.
- Manage monthly billing to customers, payment to suppliers and opex payment.
- Any other ad-hoc jobs has assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
- At least 2-3years of working experience in related field with proven track record.
- Candidates with experience in Constructions or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company’s experience are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong excel spreadsheet skills and hand-on experience with Accounting software.
- Ability to establish priorities, work within tight deadline and handle multiple concurrent activities.
- Strong inter-personal skills and able to work with various departments within the group.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written.
- Proactive and independent and details.
