Admin Assistant

Job description

  • Provide administrative support to the company
  • Process and coordinate daily sales order, invoices and other documentation.
  • Maintain and organize filing system
  • Preparing quotation and coordinating of sales quotation with customers.
  • Handle telephone, walk-in, incoming email and call enquiries.
  • To assist in general operational functions.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.
  • Work on relevant tasks assigned by management from time to time.
  • Observe, comply and be conversant with all rules and regulations.
  • Willing to works in long working hours if required.

Job Requirement

  • Age 20-27 year old
  • SPM Cert or DIPLOMA holder Only
  • Willing to work in USJ 9 Subang Jaya.
  • Positive Energy & Cheerful
