Position Overview:
As a Key Account Executive at SMX Global, you’ll play a crucial role in project management, overseeing all aspects of our client engagements from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will include establishing project timelines, coordinating interdepartmental teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards, and facilitating smooth project delivery. With your exceptional organizational skills and proactive mindset, you’ll contribute to our dynamic team culture and help drive our company’s success to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of project management, governing timelines from the pitching stage to project confirmation, delivery arrangement, and invoicing.
· Collaborate with senior account executives and account managers to establish and follow project timelines.
· Manage project documentation and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
· Coordinate interdepartmental teams to ensure timely project delivery, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
· Communicate with clients as necessary to obtain confirmations on project documentation, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
· Assist in the planning and execution of client deliveries, ensuring smooth and seamless operations.
· Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating and addressing issues before they escalate.
· Embrace a process improvement mindset, constantly seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Uphold a detail-oriented approach, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency, demonstrating a strong understanding of project lifecycles and industry best practices.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, maintaining composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
· Process improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for optimization and driving continuous improvement.
· Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or a related field, with a street-smart attitude and a passion for learning and growth.
· Passion for creativity and innovation, with a desire to excel in a dynamic and exciting industry.
