Join our team as an IT Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in technical support or business analysis. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to learn and contribute to real-world projects, develop your skills, and work closely with experienced professionals.
We highly prefer students in their final semester who are enthusiastic about working with leading technologies and seeking long-term career growth. High-performing interns may be offered full-time positions upon completing the internship.
What you’ll be doing
Technical Support:
- Provide first-line support, including basic troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop, test, and deploy improvements to technical tools and systems.
- Collaborate with the software development team to address technical challenges and debug issues.
- Monitor system performance and document solutions for future reference.
- Document technical issues and solutions for reference.
Business Analyst:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements and creating workflows and documentation.
- Research and propose solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support testing and validation of system enhancements and new features.
- Draft functional specifications, user stories, and test scripts for SIT and UAT testing.
What we’re looking for
- Internship Duration: A minimum of 6 months is preferred, ideally for students in their final semester. Candidates with 3-month availability are also welcome to apply.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to support Chinese-speaking clients).
- Open to Malaysian citizens only
