Responsibilities:
- To support end-to-end administrative duties, including front desk receptionist tasks.
- Establish and maintain an organized documentation control process that ensures efficient storage and retrieval of information.
- Manage procurement within the admin department.
- Ensure all office equipment and property are well maintained and accounted for, including contract review.
- Undertake special projects to help improve processes, create work efficiencies, and benefit the organization, including planning, coordinating, communicating, executing, and monitoring results.
- Ensure daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, correspondences, coordination, and follow-up on pending matters, are completed efficiently.
- Maintain the computer system by updating and entering data.
- Maintain calendars for the HR Management team.
- Experience using the “Auto Count Accounting” System will be an advantage.
- The candidate must have experience in performing reconciliations, month-end closing of accounts, and producing monthly management accounts.
- Must have knowledge of both payable and receivable accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM Certification
- Minimum 3 years(s) working experience in the related field will be an added advantage for the position.
- Able to operate with AutoCloud Software
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Able to speak and write in Chinese & English.
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working, self-proactive, initiative and motivated attitude
- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment
