Must be a detailed person with basic finance / accounts basic / relevant experience. Follow up with Suppliers/Clients for Payment and track payments. To Process payment voucher and key into daily record, make individual/bulk payment.

Responsibilities
1. To process payment voucher and key in data quickly and correctly into various systems (Microsoft Excel/word, accounting system, etc), and submit payment through banking system and complete the bank reconciliation (Training Provided)
2. Follow up with the Team for information (make appointment, follow up dateline etc) – able to team work to follow up with team/clients/suppliers for payments. Must be hardworking and dedicated and detailed person.
Note: Experience in making payment through bank system (bulk, Jompay, etc.) is an added advantage or relevant experience. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Xero or related accounting systems.
Able to start work Immediately / 1-2 weeks notice
Work Location: Midvalley City, KL
Requirement
- Detailed & Hardworking Person. Full training provided.
- Basic knowledge in Admin accounts (Finance / Account or Finance Diploma / Cert / LCCI) OR ANY Cert/Diploma in related fields with relevant working experience in Finance administration.
