Responsibilities

  • Maintain record and filling system, both electronic and paper
  • Assist in management of office supplies and inventory.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English (Both written and spoken) is mandatory. 
  • Literacy in computer, Microsoft Office application

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
