Responsibilities
- Maintain record and filling system, both electronic and paper
- Assist in management of office supplies and inventory.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma
- Proficient in Mandarin, English (Both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Literacy in computer, Microsoft Office application
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
