Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure orders are completed, documented, and tracker in accordance with company policies and timelines.
2. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, including their specification, applications, and usage recommendations.
3. Order Tracking: Monitor order status, shipment, and delivery to ensure customers receive their orders on time. Proactively inform customers of any delays and provide estimated delivery times.
4. Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer transactions, and correspondence. Maintain customer profiles and databases.
5. Communication: Collaborate with various internal departments, such as sales, warehouse to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and resolve customer issues effectively.
6. Daily operation invoice & DO, delivery arrangement, support customer urgent delivery
7. Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock availability.
Requirements:
1. A diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
2. Candidate with at least 2 year(s) of experience in the area of Customer Service and Support preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
4. Good communication skills, verbal and written as well as listening skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills
6. Be knowledgeable about company’s product offerings to effectively assist customers in their decision-making process.
7. Fast learner with the ability to learn company’s products
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple task and priorities effectively.
9. Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach
