CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process consumables order
  • Handle call inquiries for service requests and checking of toner delivery status
  • Liaise with Logistics on consumables delivery matters
  • Ensure collection of empty toner carriage by liaising with customers and Logistics
  • Log in service calls into corporate system
  • Dispatch service calls to service representative
  • Ensure follow up, close call, and CI work orders in corporate system
  • Update current meter reading in corporate system for billing purpose
  • Generate invoices to be sent out every month
  • Ensure completion of meter reading base every month
  • Coordinate with technical department for problem meter cases
  • Submit monthly report of backlog machines and meter reading problem cases
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
     

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak in Mandarin are encouraged to apply
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
