HR & Admin Executive (Payroll) Urgent Hiring

Payroll Processing:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and overtime.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure all employee information is updated.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN) in compliance with government regulations.
- Issue payslips and maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax requirements, and company policies.
- Support payroll-related audits and inspections (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
HRDC Grant Applications:
- Apply for HRDC (Human Resources Development Corporation) grants to support training and development initiatives.
- Prepare and submit the necessary documentation for HRDC grant applications, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Track and manage HRDC grant allocations, ensuring that training budgets are properly utilized.
Budget Planning:
- Assist in HR and payroll-related budget planning and forecasting.
- Monitor payroll expenses, ensuring that they are in line with the approved budget.
- Provide budgetary recommendations based on payroll data and projections.
