We are currently seeking motivated Admin Assistant to join our administrative team and help keep things running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting our executives and team members with various administrative tasks.
As an Administrative Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include,
Providing general administrative support, such as data entry, file management, and correspondence.
Assisting with scheduling, appointment setting, and managing office calendars.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintaining office supplies and ensuring that the workspace is organized and tidy.
Collaborating with team members to support various projects or general office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Age 19-30 years old
Minimum SPM, STPM & above.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior administrative experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
