Job Responsibilities:

  • To compile the Jobsheet and Maintenance Service Checklist from Technician, ensure all document signed by Engineer & Head of Department (HOD) for approval.
  • To organize proper filing and scanning for Maintenance and Service Department related document.
  • To support staff claim submission and review the documents for accuracy.
  • To support maintenance contract and servicing related matters such as renewal status, expiring date, service planning and new contract proposal.
  • To prepare  invoice related documents to customer.
  • To control and monitor of Maintenance and Service Department related Tools & Equipment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 working experience.
  • Independent, proactive, result oriented and posses good interpersonal skills.
