Job Responsibilities:
- To compile the Jobsheet and Maintenance Service Checklist from Technician, ensure all document signed by Engineer & Head of Department (HOD) for approval.
- To organize proper filing and scanning for Maintenance and Service Department related document.
- To support staff claim submission and review the documents for accuracy.
- To support maintenance contract and servicing related matters such as renewal status, expiring date, service planning and new contract proposal.
- To prepare invoice related documents to customer.
- To control and monitor of Maintenance and Service Department related Tools & Equipment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 working experience.
- Independent, proactive, result oriented and posses good interpersonal skills.
