Job Description

  • Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Conducting interviews, candidate screening and talent management
  • Manage onboarding and retention program
  • Compile and update employee records on time
  • Plan for training and conducted training need analysis
  • Plan for human capital development program
  • Knowledgeable in HRD claims and programs
  • Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
  • To participate in all company programs
  • Any other tasks as assign by HOD

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
  • Min requirement – 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resource
  • Well verse in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act and Trade Union Act and all applicable law
  • Competent in handling company CSR programs
  • Good in communication as an HR and able to provide HR consultation
  • Willing to lead, learn and team player is a must
  • Well organised with high sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Power BI and analytical skills is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
