Job Description
- Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations.
- Conducting interviews, candidate screening and talent management
- Manage onboarding and retention program
- Compile and update employee records on time
- Plan for training and conducted training need analysis
- Plan for human capital development program
- Knowledgeable in HRD claims and programs
- Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
- To participate in all company programs
- Any other tasks as assign by HOD
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
- Min requirement – 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resource
- Well verse in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act and Trade Union Act and all applicable law
- Competent in handling company CSR programs
- Good in communication as an HR and able to provide HR consultation
- Willing to lead, learn and team player is a must
- Well organised with high sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
- Power BI and analytical skills is an added advantage
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
