We are looking for a Client Services Executive to be based in our KL office. This is a fantastic opportunity for career development in the financial industry. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love solving problems, we would love to meet you!

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and business partners via call, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and personalize services.
  • Proactive in liaising with various department to resolve issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and patience to client’s enquiry.
  • Undertake and complete special assignments, and ad-hoc duties required by superior on timely manner.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

  • Possess a diploma or higher. Candidate graduate with Banking and Finance or equivalent background will possess higher chance for the post.
  • Working experience in a contact center environment are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work multi-task and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and sense of urgency that able to meet the crucial cut off time.
  • Can-do attitude who tends to be passionate person that having the strong ownership at the work.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. We seek Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Willing to work during local Public Holiday and overtime occasionally.
