Credit Admin Officer (Loan Documentation) – Based in Johor Bahru

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer for signing of loan agreement. 
  • Explain to customer the T&C in the agreement. 
  • Attend customers queries and requests timely.
  • Prepare of loan agreements (e.g., Hire Purchase Agreement, Credit Sales Agreement).
  • Issue e-Hak Milik registration in FIS system.
  • Second stage printing of agreement (input agreement no, agreement date and others info into agreement).
  • Generate Notification Letter for mailing Hire Purchase agreement to customer.
  • Perform online stamping for loan agreement via LHDN system.
  • Submit Auto Debit application into system.
  • Weekly update Auto Debit application status into system.  
  • Scan and submit of loan documents into cloud system.
  • Responsible for Credit Administration task.
  • Maintain good and proper filing system for documents storage. 
  • Any task assigned from time to time by superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply this position
  • Candidate with 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be added advantage
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
