SUPPLY CHAIN and ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  1. Stock Tracking Management:
  • Oversee stock tracking activities.
  • Follow up with forwarders on shipment arrivals and ensure timely inbound shipments to the warehouse.
  • Address any issues related to goods received and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
  • Alert management to any deviations or discrepancies in stock data.

2. Stock & Inventory Management:

  • Manage stock requisition processes, including monthly and promotional stock.
  • Handle repacking requisitions and review purchases and stock levels regularly.
  • Implement actions to optimize inventory levels and minimize write-offs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to check and update inventory stocks.

3. Ordering Documentation Preparation:

  • Prepare and raise Purchase Orders for suppliers and quotations.
  • Act as the Supply Chain Management contact window across countries for ordering, shipping, and import management.

4. General Administrative Duties:

  • Perform general office administrative tasks from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma.
  • 1 year of work experience in similar capacity eg. supply chain management, purchasing management or logistics management and office management procedures is preferred.  
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Good in MS Office
