Executive – Customer Service

Job Description

Internal

  1. Liaise with other departments or business associates to support and assist colleagues to ensure the delivery of a quality integrated service to customers with excellent turnaround time to give WOW experience to customers.
  2. Facilitate a meeting with relevant stakeholder based on feedback from the survey to ensure all feedback are resolved within indicative timeline without fail.

External

  1. Responsible to escalate and co-ordinate service issues with respective external parties and solve it in excellent turnaround time to give WOW experience to customers. 

Role Description

  1. Respond to all passive remarks in social media interactions at platforms like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google+. To engage with the social media users etc.
  2. Social media & online sentiment monitoring / scan and to immediately escalate any issues to superior. 
  3. Provide direct advice/feedback to customers with first call resolution and information in relation to the wide range of Courts products and related services.
  4. To escalate calls/case/feedback to stakeholders to ensure that all service requests and inquiries are resolved and completed without fail.
  5. To carry out other duties related to the operations of the department as directed by the superior when required.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum diploma holder in any discipline. 
  • Must have experience in a call center setting, with at least 1 years of relevant working experience. Those without a diploma/degree must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Knowledge of computer in Microsoft Office is compulsory. Word/Excel & Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Must have excellent communication skill with proven customer problem solving skills. Polished interpersonal skill would be an asset. 
  • Multi-lingual proficiency would be advantageous.   
  • Must be proactive, energetic, posses’ high self-motivation and result driven with the ability work under pressure.
  • Must have a strong passion for customer service and able to work well in a team as well as independently.
