Support implementation and compliance of Safety, Quality, and values of the company.

– Handling of documentation and SAP coordinator

– Provide support to site planner on daily production planning.

– General administrative support to PGP Operations,

  • General clerical functions.
  • Supporting production planner in product replenishment to inter-branch and customer order on daily basis including weekend.
  • Managing & liaise with 3rd party vendor specially on DA supply chain planning.
  • Preparation of external visitor – Site Visit / External Audit / Provide support when site hosting event and activities.
  • Raising SAP PR & SRM shopping carts & perform PGR on invoice document & help in monitoring on monthly R&M budget.
  • Assisting the site team on data compilation, filing & documentation.
  • Managing and handling operator punch card and attendance.
  • Assisting in preparing cylinder product COC & COA document prior customer delivery.
  • Assist production planner on stock adjustment when it requires.
  • Manage and provide support in managing Banting plant in-house warehouse and working with Glenmarie team on warehouse stock replenishment.
  • Provide support in site GMP compliance – Monthly product class label Control & Reconciliation.
  • Other site administration work.
  • Travel & accommodation arrangement for staff & visitors.
