Sales Support Officer (Temporary) – Kota Bharu

Responsibilities

  • Attending customer for signing agreement/S enquiry, loan and payment inquiry, loan processing.
  • Attending RC enquiry, Insurance Claims, Refund Claims (overpaid), sent cheque for payment
  • Coordinate with EC AFE on documentations.
  • Attending calls, walk in customers and other ad hoc duties.
  • Others miscellaneous task assigned by Regional manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Basic knowledges in Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Excel
