Responsibilities
- Attending customer for signing agreement/S enquiry, loan and payment inquiry, loan processing.
- Attending RC enquiry, Insurance Claims, Refund Claims (overpaid), sent cheque for payment
- Coordinate with EC AFE on documentations.
- Attending calls, walk in customers and other ad hoc duties.
- Others miscellaneous task assigned by Regional manager.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledges in Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Excel
