About the role
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a full-time Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide responsive and professional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, fax, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and problem resolution
- Follow up and ensure payment collection is on time
- To arrange sample or loan to the customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Able to speak in Mandarin as you are required to liase with Mandarin speaking customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in using various customer service tools and technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Computer literate
