Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management
- Manage the organization’s performance management system.
- Support the strategies to align individual and team performance with organizational goals.
- Train managers on effective performance evaluation and feedback techniques.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
2. Talent Management
- Support the talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development programs.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future roles.
- Collaborate with recruitment to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and development strategies.
- Implement retention strategies to maintain key talent within the organization.
3. Training and Development
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments across the organization.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and coordinate internal subject matter experts.
- Oversee the training budget and track ROI of learning initiatives.
4. Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives related to performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in areas of responsibility.
- Assist in handling performance-related disputes.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience as a HR management with a focus on Talent Management, IR, ER, and Training & Development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated proficiency in training, employee development, and talent management.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
