Job description:

  • Assist in day to day administrative activities, including premise maintenance (air conditioner, photocopier machine, water filter system, electricity or lighting system, thumbprint machine, firefighting system, etc.), general procurement (stationery, pantry item, access card, etc.), property management (staff house arrangement, renewal, and purchase of insurance, renewal of business license, payment arrangement of utility bills, quit rent, assessment rent, miscellaneous bills, etc.). Handle telecommunications issues (line faulty, bills checking, complaints, etc.)
  • Act as receptionist and tea lady whenever necessary.
  • Arrange for courier services whenever necessary.
  • Prepare administrative letters, as assigned by superior.
  • Maintain efficient filing and archival system.
  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

Requirement:

  • SPM, Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in administrative works.
  • Proficient in English & Malays and Mandarin is essential.
  • Willing to stationed at Iskandar Putri, Johor.
  • Wiling to work alternate Saturday.
