Job Descriptions
- Provide guidance and support to the team members.
- Roster team members’ work and roles to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the PNSG Coordinator Team and the relevant processes.
- Responsible for taking charge of therapist work equipment inventory.
- Assist in the compiling information for therapist monthly payroll.
- Conducting interview, selection, and training of new team members.
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Initiate and propose suggestions and work on improvement plans to achieve and excel set targets.
- Manage and lead the PNSG Coordinator team to achieve set out targets.
Job Requirements
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Experience in leading / managing a team, assist to lead and manage can be considered too.
- Willing to work on a 5-day work week rotational roster.
Working Hour: 9am – 6pm - Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
