JOB DESCRIPTION
The IT Office Support and Administration role is a dual-function position that combines technical IT support with administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to staff, maintaining IT systems, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires a versatile individual who can efficiently manage IT troubleshooting, user support, and administrative tasks such as scheduling, office management, and documentation.

Education & Experience (Basic requirement for this position)
- At least Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with network concepts and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Language required: English & Mandarin as candidates can effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
