Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and Clerical duties
  • Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support
  • Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently
  • To enter all accounting transactions timely and accurately (AP/AR)
  • Involve in Projects and coordinate company activities as and when required
  • Monitoring of staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave etc.
  • Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM Level
  • Preferably with at-least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word/Excel)
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines
  • Basic communication and understanding skills (Chinese, English, Malay
