EXECUTIVE – (Monitoring Officer) 
 

Job Description

To monitor handover of newly disbursed companies and to ensure engagement (Desktop Review/Monitoring Visit) activities are performed within stipulated time.

To perform monitoring visit to IC/ENT’s premises and interview IC/ENT for early detection and rectification of problems and report on the status.

To undertake periodical desktop review through phone calls/other types of engagement.

To provide business advisory as deemed appropriate and make/seek necessary recommendations to/from the Management.

To follow-up on submission of report such as management account, audited account, annual budget or any other documents required by the Management;

To conduct Business Performance Analysis on IC/ENT on where the result of the scoring shall be used as a guide in the monitoring of ICs’ performance;

To collect the financing/loan in accordance to PUNB’s collection budget, reduce impairment, NPF and ensure continuous payment by IC/ENT;

To update all necessary information in the related system i.e. FMS for easy tracking within stipulated time and to prepare timely reports for management or any other reports as instructed by the HOU/ROH/TL.

To attend and evaluate requests by IC/ENT inclusive of rescheduling/restructuring and additional financing, and prepare paper for recommendation to PUNB’s respective authority on the appropriate course of action;

To provide recommendations and/or convey instructions from the Management to IC/ENT and undertake follow-up actions on the implementation of the recommendations.

To attend and participate in the Management, BOD and General Meetings of IC/ENT where applicable and to ensure that the interest of PUNB is protected.
 

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Retailing Management or Professional qualification in the same discipline or equivalent.


A team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision, possess good interpersonal skills, strong initiatives and able to work under strict deadlines.


Experience in Financing (monitoring)


Good analytical skills and able to work outstation with extended working hour.
