Accounts Assistant – Payable (Contract)

Requirements    :           

  • One year contract basis;
  • Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent; 
  • Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Fresh graduate encouraged to apply;
  • Positive working attitude, fast learner and willing to learn attitude 
  • Possess good interpersonal skill, initiative, self-motivated with an analytical mind

Responsibilities  :

  • Check e-Invoice from suppliers;
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements;
  • Safekeeping documents for account payable;
  • Assist on account payable & GL data entry;
  • Data entry for fixed asset system and preparation of assets tagging;
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by superior as and when required
