Responsibilities
- Assisting Engineer on support to Authorized Service Center (ASC) on repairing activity
- Monitor Authorized Service Center (ASC) daily repair activity and backlog
- Analyze repair performance (Turn-Around-Time, Customer-Return-90-days and etc)
- Arrange Defective Parts for refurbish activity
- Sample Check on ASC return Defective part
- Cannibalize / Refurbish unused set for repair part
- Repair and recover defective main key repair parts
- Supporting NPC operation efficiency improvement activity
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic & Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably student in final year
- Passion in consumer electronic product knowledge and technology
- Good Interpersonal and customer-focus skills
- Sensitive about cost efficiency in overall repairing
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Able to work under tight timeline and independently
- Internship duration: 3 months & above
