Job Description:
- Assist Operations Director and Managing Director daily administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and correspondence
- Check and reply to emails on behalf of the Director
- Oversee daily operations and office management at HQ
- Monitor repair and maintenance, coordinate with service providers
- Manage and order office supplies, ensure a well-maintained office environment
- Assist with HR matters, including hiring processes and employee relations
- Monitor rental income and ensure timely follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field
- 1+ year of admin support experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- HR and office management experience is a plus
