Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee at IE Group, you will be assigned to handle various scope (whichever applicable) :
Human Resources for Recruitment Agency
Management & Business Development
Marketing/ Digital Marketing
- Plan campaign to gather potential leads for Student Acquisition
- Propose visually appealing marketing materials and informative videos to attract prospective students for company social media accounts
- Co-ordinate and execute marketing plans & related activities such as school career fairs/ talks, attend job fairs, conduct career talks
- Follow up with Student enquiries, providing course consultation/ presentation for signing up students for various courses
Requirements :-
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline, prefer fresh graduates. SPM/ STPM holders with related work experience may apply
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Positive personality, willing to learn and multi-task
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- 3 Full-Time position(s) available
