Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative and office support through a variety of task.
  • To undertake general office duties e.g arranging for documents to be courier, ordering stationery and other items, filing, timely schedule for office maintenance service and etc.
  • Assisting in the project documents preparation.
  • Seeking opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations.

Requirements:                                               

  • Min a Diploma  in any discipline.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Preferable at least 1 year working experience in the related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.  
  • With good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
