Job Responsibilities:
- General Admin Assistant (HR/Stock/Purchasing/Advertising)
- Undertake general administrative duties and correspondence preparation.
- Assist in managing administrative functions encompassing assets maintenance/planning, management, procurement, general office maintenance, admin supports, and project matters.
- Assist and complete tasks assigned by superiors.
- Any other related ad hoc tasks as required
2. Marketing
- Able and willing to outstation at different states.
- Research and analyze market trends to determine market needs.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management after outstation.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business/Corporate Administration/Marketing/Business Development or any related field.
- Proficient in three languages (Mandarin, Malay, English).
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office especially basic/ intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Have good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have excellent dedication, spirit, expression ability, and execution ability.
- Good attitude and personality, work with aggressive, independent and reliable.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding (Marketing)(optional).
- Possesses driving license and own car (Marketing).
- No work experience required, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
