Customer Service Executive

  • RM 2,300 – RM 2,500 per month

Job Description

  •  Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and effective communication through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
  • ⁠Issue feedback tickets within 24 hours, ensuring all customer interactions are documented for future reference and follow-up.
  • Prioritize and escalate critical issues to the appropriate department or personnel when necessary.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations) to provide solutions that meet customers’ needs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and that they are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, feedback trends, and resolution outcomes to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service field. 
  • Diploma/ Degree in any field. Preferably in Business Administration, Communication, Customer Service. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and handle difficult situation calmly.
  • Positive attitude
