Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and effective communication through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Issue feedback tickets within 24 hours, ensuring all customer interactions are documented for future reference and follow-up.
- Prioritize and escalate critical issues to the appropriate department or personnel when necessary.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations) to provide solutions that meet customers’ needs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and that they are satisfied with the resolution.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, feedback trends, and resolution outcomes to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service field.
- Diploma/ Degree in any field. Preferably in Business Administration, Communication, Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to empathize with customers and handle difficult situation calmly.
- Positive attitude
