Job Description
- Plan, design and implement HR System which includes, not limited to HRIS, payroll outsourcing, learning and development, and document management system.
- Evaluate, identify and propose HR System strategies towards work efficiency and sustainability, ensure to compliance to regulatory requirement and policy and procedure.
- Lead, plan and execute HR System implementation plan and monitor its effectiveness; analyze, identify and recommend system improvement to support business decision and system stability.
- Focal person of HR System in liaison with relevant parties; including issues resolutions and propose solutions to mitigate business interruption.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor in Information Technology / Computer Science / HR Management or any related disciplines.
- Familiar with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) role with a minimum 3 years of experience.
- Ability to support/assist improvement of modules within the HRIS system.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent engagement and communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
