Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
RM 2,500 – RM 3,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
- Manage schedules for hostel, transportation, and travel plans for the sales team.
- Organize and schedule meetings.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide general administrative support and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scanning as needed by managers and supervisors.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to provide administrative support.
- Act as the point of contact for the sales team and management.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Professional Cert and Diploma OR equivalent related experience.
- At least (1-2) years of working experience as an administrative role would be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese is a must.
