Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support duties.
- Manage appointments, meetings and ad-hoc overseas travel arrangements.
- Enhance effective time management by coordinating activities and prioritizing appointments.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals and other documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Coordinate daily activities with relevant departments.
- Prepare correspondence and records and undertake special assignments as necessary.
Job Success Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Secretarial, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Pleasant personality with a tactful, positive and can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Initiative and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
